Every weekday morning, we'll round up local and national Seattle Seahawks-related links.
Outside linebacker/defensive lineman Mike Neal has visited with the Seahawks, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Neal played outside linebacker in the Green Bay Packers' 3-4 last season but also has experience as a defensive lineman. He could take on multiple roles with the Seahawks, helping to fill the void left by Bruce Irvin and potentially rushing from the interior in substitution packages.
Neal has reportedly also visited the Detroit Lions.
