Since early in the offseason the Seattle Seahawks have publicly stated that it would be extremely unlikely that 2018 first round pick Rashaad Penny would not start training camp on the Physically Unable to Perform list. With most players having reported last Tuesday to begin their COVID-19 testing regimen prior to being allowed into the team facility over the weekend, it seemed just a matter of time before Penny would placed there as camp opens. However, earlier Monday it was reported that Penny had yet to arrive in Seattle and that he would be reporting to camp and being his COVID testing later this week.
