Seahawks pitched to add another QB this offseason (in worst take imaginable)

This offseason, the Seattle Seahawks rebuilt a lot of their offense, but definitely their entire quarterback room. Geno Smith had been a three-year starter but wanted to be traded, and the team sent him to the Las Vegas Raiders. Backup Sam Howell was traded to the Minnesota Vikings.

In their place, general manager John Schneider signed Sam Darnold and Drew Lock, and took Jalen Milroe in the third round of the 2025 NFL draft. Things will look different for 12s this season when watching their favorite team, but no one knows if the team will be better yet.
