Seahawks Officially Sign CB Byron Maxwell, Place RB C.J. Prosise On IR

The Seattle Seahawks announced Tuesday that they’ve officially signed CB Byron Maxwell and placed RB C.J. Prosise on injured reserve.

• Seahawks promoted RB Mike Davis to their active roster. (NFLTR)
• Seahawks signed LB Paul Dawson, CB Trovon Reed and S Alex Carter to their practice squad.
• Seahawks placed CB Akeem King on the practice squad injured list.

The Seahawks’ practice squad now consists of:

Maxwell, 29, is a former sixth-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2011.
