GILLIAM TO START AT RIGHT TACKLE
The Seahawks’ battle for the right tackle job is over: Garry Gilliam will start the season opener.
Gilliam had competed with free-agent acquisition J’Marcus Webb during the preseason, but coach Pete Carroll named Gilliam the day one starter at right tackle.
