There’s no way to sugarcoat this one. The Seahawks were awful today. Yes, they were missing three of their best defenders in Jadeveon Clowney, Quandre Diggs, and Shaquill Griffin. Left tackle Duane Brown was out as well. That’s the Hawks best defensive lineman, their two best players in pass coverage, and their best blocker. Despite that, I expected a better game from Seattle. At least we got that from my MVPs of the day, the linebacker tandem Bobby Wagner and K.J. Wright.
Wagner had 13 tackles, two for a loss, and one sack. Wright brought down the opposition 13 times as well.
