Seahawks have probably seen the end of Tedric Thompson with his injury

The Seahawks announced on Wednesday that they have placed safety Tedric Thompson on Injured Reserve. Thompson will be out for the rest of the season, one can assume. A player has to be out at least 8 weeks before he is eligible to return. Seattle has 9 weeks left in the season but seem unlikely to bring Thompson back.

And let’s be honest, Seattle has been trying to replace Thompson for some time. They played him because Earl Thomas got hurt in week four last season. And then started him six games of 2019 because Marquise Blair wasn’t yet ready or Bradley McDougald was hurt or after trading for Quandre Diggs, Diggs has been hurt.
