In a reminder that free agency is not completely done, one former Seattle Seahawks fan favorite signed with a different team on Tuesday, just a month before the 2025 regular season begins. For 12s, this means that maybe the franchise can still sign a player such as Jadeveon Clowney. He makes for a good fit in Mike Macdonald's defense.
But while Clowney stays a free agent, Quandre Diggs doesn't. The safety played for Seattle from a part of 2019 through 2023, and during that time made three Pro Bowls and had 18 interceptions. While the defense overall was nowhere close to Legion of Boom quality, Diggs was individually great.
