The Seahawks finally dedicated a high draft pick this season to their offensive line, nabbing guard Germain Ifedi (who did not play Sunday) in Round 1. That move doesn’t quite offset the years they spent approaching linemen the way you buy gum at the grocery store—“Oh, I guess I need some of this,” after you’ve picked up 50 other items first. Any team with a good defensive line is going to cause Seattle problems.
