It's been a great year for the Seattle Seahawks thus far. At 8-3, you'd think that Seattle would be in first place in the NFC West, right? Well, no, as the best team in football, the Los Angeles Rams, can't stop winning and are now 9-2 on the season.
The Rams blew out the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday Night Football and continue to lead the division. Quarterback Matthew Stafford has been the best passer in football this year and is likely headed toward his first MVP award.
And, at this point, it's not looking good for Seattle to earn that top seed in the NFC, and they could soon end up being one of the best Wild Card teams we've ever seen in the NFL's seven-team playoff format.
