SEATTLE -- Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks' starting offense were shut out in the first half of Thursday night's preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Five possessions resulted in four punts and one turnover on downs. Wilson was 5-for-11 for 77 yards, and he got sacked four times. There were a couple bright spots. Wilson hit Tyler Lockett for a 31-yard completion on a beautiful deep pass that fit in between two defenders. He also connected with Kenny Lawler on a 16-yard comeback route.
But overall, the Seahawks failed to sustain drives.
