In 2017, then-Senior Personnel Director Ed Dodds was hired by the Colts to be their Vice President of Player Personnel. Other than that, Schneider has never seen talent be hired away. But, that could soon change.
On Saturday, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported Schneider’s two top assistants, Scott Fitterer and Trent Kirchner, have already received interest from the Houston Texans.
