The Seahawks continue to create cap space on Tuesday. Shortly after it was reported Tedric Thompson was to be released by the club, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that the team would be parting ways with veteran tight end Ed Dickson as well.

As Rapoport mentioned, Dickson was set to count as $3.86 million against the cap in 2020.
