Report: Former Seahawk believed to have torn ACL during training camp

There is no question about the top of the depth chart at cornerback for the Seattle Seahawks, with 2023 first round pick Devon Witherspoon and 2022 fifth-round selection Riq Woolen the unquestioned starters heading into 2025.

However, during the offseason the Seahawks did overhaul much of the depth at the position behind those two. Gone are veterans Tre Brown and Artie Burns, who between them combined for nearly 1,469 defensive and 402 special teams snaps during their time in Seattle.

Brown is, of course, now a member of the division rival San Francisco 49ers, while Burns had been set to provide veteran depth for the Miami Dolphins.
