Quinton Dunbar will not face prosecution in armed robbery case

The Quinton Dunbar saga has taken yet another turn, however, it could be the final one of a wild offseason for the cornerback.

Dunbar’s lawyer told the Miami Herald on Friday that Dunbar will not face prosecution in the armed robbery case brought against him, due to insufficient evidence. As a result, the Broward State Attorney’s Office has dropped all charges against Dunbar.

Dunbar’s lawyer, Andrew Rier, had this to say, following news of the charges being dropped: “We’re absolutely delighted that the Broward State Attorney’s Office came to the same conclusion we did: that Quinton Dunbar should never have been arrested.
