Quandre Diggs fined $15,000 for hit that led to his ejection in Week 2

The Seattle Seahawks were without Quandre Diggs for the majority of their Week 2 victory, after the free safety was ejected for a helmet-to-helmet hit on Patriots wide receiver N’Keal Harry.

After the game, Seattle coach Pete Carroll expressed his disappointment in Diggs’ hit and said he knows to do better and keep his helmet out of tackling. For his part, Diggs reached out to Harry to apologize for the hit afterwards.

N’Keal Harry says Seahawks safety Quandre Diggs reached to him to let him know his hit wasn’t intentional.
