GREEN BAY, Wis. -- T.J. Lang seemed more surprised that referee Walt Coleman didn’t see Seattle Seahawks defensive end Cliff Avril slug him below the belt than the Green Bay Packers right guard was about the act itself.
It occurred early in the third quarter of Sunday’s game -- a 38-10 Packers' victory that was a chippy affair filled with plenty of after-the-whistle action and six personal foul penalties.
"It’s part of the game; obviously that’s not part of the game, but it’s two intense teams going at it," Lang said.
