Jarran Reed, the Seahawks’ first-round draft pick out of Alabama, was the last player left in the green room at the NFL draft in Chicago. But he made a memorable appearance when he finally walked across the stage carrying a bag of Skittles.
Skittles, of course, became a staple of Marshawn Lynch’s time with the Seahawks, which wasn’t lost on Reed.
A few minutes after getting drafted, Reed met with the Seattle media via a video chat when the matter of the Skittles came up. Reed smiled, pulled out the bag and said, “I’ve got them right here.
