When the Seahawks beat the Packers in the NFC championship game last season it was a huge comeback. Maybe even a miracle. So Seahawk’s quarterback Russell Wilson said God played a part in it.
Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers had a word then for St. Russell, saying he didn’t think God was much of a football fan. Fair enough. He does have a lot on his plate.
Then came Sunday night’s game when the Packers beat the Seahawks. After the game, Rodgers didn’t let the Sabbath path without this comment, according to ESPN:
