First impressions from the Seahawks’ 39-32 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday night at CenturyLink Field:
Matt Calkins: The Seahawks didn’t lose this game because they were outplayed, but because they were outthought. Dumb penalties. Dumb turnovers. It was a mental collapse more than anything.
Larry Stone: The Seahawks looked like they were going to get blown out but it turned into something even more frustrating — after battling back to take the lead and seemingly seize momentum, they let yet another victory that was in their grasp slip away. That has been the story of their season, one that has them stuck in a huge hole.
