Bruce Irvin and Marshawn Lynch were teammates for four seasons in Seattle, and clearly the two grew close. It’s not surprising as Irvin has always carried himself in a similar way to Marshawn, a playful-but-still-don’t-fuck-with-me kinda attitude. That playfulness in Irvin came out on Thursday when news broke that the chances of Lynch returning to the NFL — and playing with Bruce on the Oakland Raiders — are getting very close to becoming a reality.
Bruuuuce took to Twitter to basically say “I’m thankful” for Marshawn Lynch.
A fan then mentioned the idea of Irvin coming back to the Seahawks, to which Irvin was polite in his response, but still very real about where he wants to be.
