Brad Wallace is leaving EWU football to play basketball at Western Washington

A football player from Eastern Washington University, Brad Wallace, now is going to try his hand at basketball at Western Washington.

Wallace, the 2013 Class 2A state basketball player of the year at River Ridge High, will transfer to WWU in the fall, according to Vikings coach Tony Dominguez.

“We are very pleased to have such a versatile player as Brad join our program,” said Dominguez. “He combines both athleticism, scoring ability, and overall toughness to be a complete player.”

Wallace attended North Idaho College as a freshman, helping the 2013-14 Cardinals to a 20-10 record.
