2019 NFL Kickoff Final Score: Packers beat Bears 10-3 in offense-starved, punt-heavy game

The first game of the 2019 NFL season is done, and it was somehow worse and lower scoring to watch than Super Bowl 53, with the Green Bay Packers winning 10-3 over the Chicago Bears. JK Scott and Pat O’Donnell punted the absolute hell out of the pigskins, booting it a combined 17 times.

Bears fans probably expected the Chicago Bears defense to smother the Green Bay Packers offense, and that’s basically what happened save for two drives. What they likely weren’t expecting was for Mitchell Trubisky (26/45 for 228 yards, 1 INT) to look absolutely awful, as Chicago failed to get into the end zone.
