The Mariners lit the Hot Stove yesterday, but many components of the offseason come together as a slower burn. One such feature is the Rule-5 draft, which will be held on December 13th in Las Vegas. Today, however, is the deadline for teams to set their 40-man rosters and determine which players are eligible to be taken.
