Troopers: Cocaine shoes found during Ohio traffic stop

PREBLE COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) - A traffic stop along eastbound I-70 uncovered $232,900 worth of cocaine in the shape of shoes, the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) said.

Troopers stopped a rental van with California registration at 2:40 p.m. on March 2 for reportedly following too closely.

"Criminal indicators were observed and a Patrol drug-sniffing canine alerted to the vehicle," an OSHP release states.

Troopers say they found a small baggie of cocaine and six cocaine packages in the shape of shoes. The cocaine has a street value of $232,900.
