The Bloodworks Northwest pop-up blood donor event at T-Mobile Park has been extended through the month of June.
Since it opened on April 13, more than 1,558 people have donated a total of 1,418 units of blood. That’s enough to provide life-saving assistance to 4,254 people.
The drive continues four days a week at T-Mobile Park through June 30. Donations are by appointment only at this link.
Anyone who last gave blood more than 56 days ago is eligible to donate again.
With the number of new coronavirus cases in our region beginning to decline, hospitals will once again be able to begin performing elective surgeries.
