The Seattle Mariners will continue being a home team on the road for the time being.
The club’s upcoming three-game series against the Padres at T-Mobile Park has been relocated to San Diego, as the air quality in Seattle remained unhealthy due to wildfire smoke.
The game times of the relocated series will be 6:40 p.m. PDT Friday, 6:10 p.m. PDT Saturday and 1:10 p.m. PDT Sunday from Petco Park in San Diego. The Mariners (22-27) will be the home team for all three games.
Seattle has also been serving as the home team in its two-game series with the Giants, which was relocated from Seattle to San Francisco due to the air quality.
