SEATTLE, Wash. — Mariners General Manager Jerry Dipoto announced today the following roster moves:
· Matt Magill, RHP, reports to club.
Magill (#61) will be in uniform and available for tonight’s (7:10 pm) game vs. the Texas Rangers at T-Mobile Park.
Magill, 29, was acquired by Seattle from Minnesota yesterday in exchange for cash considerations after being designated for assignment by the Twins on July 18. He was 2–0 with a 4.45 ERA (14 ER, 28.1 IP) with 36 strikeouts and 15 walks in 28 relief appearances with the Twins this season.
