Rainiers fall to Sacramento

Mac Williamson had seven runs batted in to lead the Sacramento River Cats to a 10-5 win over the Tacoma Rainiers in a Pacific Coast League game.

TACOMA — Mac Williamson had two-run hits in each of the first three innings, leading the Sacramento River Cats to a 10-5 win over the Tacoma Rainiers in a Pacific Coast League game Sunday that was called after the middle of the sixth inning because of rain.

Williamson had a two-run double in the first inning, a two-run single in the second and a two-run double in the third. He hit a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning.
