ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WBFF) - A man arrested in Annapolis on Wednesday was found holding a Funyuns bag containing baggies of suspected heroin, police said.
The arrest was made after officers received information from the Drug Enforcement Unit that a passenger in a cab had illegal drugs in his possession. The cab was stopped on Forest Hills Avenue and 25-year-old Corben Johnson was taken into custody. According to police, the Funyuns bag contained 37 individual baggies of suspected heroin.
Investigators say a small amount of the substance was field tested and tested positive for heroin.
Johnson was charged with possession of narcotic with intent to distribute and possession of CDS.
