“Oscars in the Outfield,” “Skating into Second,” “Cold Drinks, Hot Corner” are some of the themes for the annual Favorite Things silent auction by the Mariners Wives Charities.
Mariners players collected some of their favorite things, everything from movies and music to wine, snacks and hobbies. They also included a trove of autographed items, many game-used. The collections will be offered for silent bidding on Friday, August 17, during the Mariners vs. Los Angeles Dodgers game (gates open at 5:10 p.m.). All items will be on display near Section 128 on the Main Level at Safeco Field. Bids will be accepted through the 6th inning.
