Hello fellow Mariners Fans it’s me Jeff the long lost traveler back from my trip to Australia checking in to let you know I’m still alive and following our club as the season heats up. And nobody is hotter than Nelson Cruz who hit a 3-run homer in the top of the ninth to give Felix Hernandez his eighth win, and the Mariners their first Sweep of the Rays in Tampa Bay since 2006. For Felix it was his second complete game shutout win of the year as he and Cruz continue to carry this club on their backs with a little help from Kyle Seager who is heating up just in time.
