PEORIA, Ariz. — Seattle Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager of Baseball Operations Justin Hollander announced today the following roster moves:
· Ryne Stanek (#45), RHP, signed to a 1-year Major League contract.
· Jackson Kowar, RHP, placed on 60-day Injured List (right ulnar collateral ligament tear).
The Mariners Major League, 40-man roster remains full at 40 players.
“We are excited to add Ryne Stanek to our club. His combination of high-end stuff and durability adds to an already deep and talented relief corps,” said Hollander.
