Mariners Select OF Marcus Wilson & Recall INF/OF Sam Haggerty from Triple-A Tacoma

SEATTLE, Wash. — Seattle Mariners President of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto announced today the following roster moves:

  • Marcus Wilson, OF, selected from Triple-A Tacoma.
  • Sam Haggerty, INF/OF, recalled from Triple-A Tacoma.
  • Kevin Padlo, INF, optioned to Triple-A Tacoma.
  • Taylor Trammell, OF, placed on 10-day Injured List (right hamstring strain).
  • Tom Murphy, C, transferred to 60-day Injured List (dislocated left shoulder).

Seattle’s Major League, 40-man, roster remains full at 40 players.

Wilson, 25, will make his Major League debut with his first appearance with the Mariners.
