The Mariners have announced the following roster moves.
· Vidal Nuño, LHP, recalled from AAA Tacoma
· Danny Farquhar, RHP, recalled from AAA Tacoma
· Charlie Furbush, LHP, placed on 15-day DL list with biceps tendinitis
· Mayckol Guaipe, RHP, optioned to AAA Tacoma
The move with Furbush is retroactive to July 8. It appeared that they had been trying to stay away from him a bit lately and now we have the move which enables them to bring up Nuno who otherwise would not be eligible for return until ten days after he had been sent down.
