MIAMI, Fla. — Seattle Mariners President of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto announced today the following roster moves:
· Stuart Fairchild (#30), OF, recalled from Triple-A Tacoma.
· Mitch Haniger, OF, placed on 10-day Injured List (right high ankle sprain).
Fairchild, 26, will make his Mariners debut when he appears in a game. He was acquired in a trade from Arizona in exchange for cash considerations on April 23. Fairchild has appeared in 14 Triple-A games in 2022 (10 with Reno, 4 with Tacoma), batting .245 (13x53) with 3 home runs and 6 RBI.
