SEATTLE, Wash. — Mariners General Manager Jerry Dipoto announced today that the Mariners have recalled right-handed pitcher Chasen Bradford from AAA Tacoma. Right-handed pitcher David McKay was optioned to AAA Tacoma following last night’s game (May 30).
Bradford will be in uniform (#60) and available for tonight’s 7:10 pm game vs. the Los Angeles Angels.
Bradford, 29, is 1-for-1 in save opportunities with 1 hold in 10 relief appearances with the Mariners this season. The 6-foot-1, 226-pound right-hander has posted a 4.61 ERA (7 ER, 13.2 IP) while striking out 10 and walking 3.
