Yacabonis (YACK-ah-bone-iss), 29, was designated for assignment on Aug. 30 after being selected from Triple-A Tacoma on Aug. 28. He is 3–0 with 4 saves and a 1.72 ERA (6 ER, 31.1 IP) with 9 walks and 29 strikeouts in 24 games (1 start) with Triple-A Tacoma this season.
