Mariners lose but do not get no-hit, Lookout Landing readers get many, many hits in SoftbaLL

As the sun beat down on the softball fields at Woodland Park, game two was tied 2-2 in the top of the fifth and final inning. The first game was a 25-1 drubbing of Team Two by Team One. Game two had proven to be a much tighter game. The mighty John Trupin strode to the plate with one runner on. Right fielder Matthew Roberson readied himself to climb the giant ass hill in right field and possibly climb the fence in case the lefty-hitting Trupin did indeed launch one his way. The pitcher Young Matthew fired in a few pitches, too low and too high.
