It’s been another rough homestand for the Mariners in what’s becoming an uncomfortable pattern. What shaped up to be a slate of three favorable and winnable series have instead been two series losses, and the possibility of a sweep on the horizon today. The Mariners have let their lead in the AL West slip away, and are playing a particularly unwatchable brand of baseball right now, full of bullpen meltdowns and RISP crispy un-treats.
