SEATTLE, Wash. — Seattle Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager of Baseball Operations Justin Hollander announced today the Mariners claimed RHP Mauricio Llovera off waivers from Boston.
The Mariners Major League, 40-man roster is now at 39 players.
Llovera, 27, (joh-VAIR-uh) appeared in 30 games between San Francisco (5 G) and Boston (25 G) in 2023, going 2–3 with a 4.89 ERA (19 ER, 35.0 IP) with 15 walks and 29 strikeouts.
