· Jose Siri, OF, claimed off waivers from Cincinnati.
· Matt Festa, RHP, designated for assignment.
Seattle’s Major League, 40-man, roster remains full at 40 players. Seattle has 7 days to trade, release or outright the contract of Festa to the minor leagues.
Siri, 24, was designated for assignment by Cincinnati on January 27. He split the season between Double-A Chattanooga and Triple-A Louisville in the Reds system, hitting a combined .
