Spring Training roster reduced to 45 players
SEATTLE, Wash. — Seattle Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager Jerry Dipoto announced the following roster moves today:
Optioned to Triple-A Tacoma
Infielders (2): Donovan Walton and Patrick Wisdom
Right-Handed Pitchers (2): Zac Grotz and Taylor Williams
Today’s roster moves leave the Mariners with 45 players (plus one 60-day Injured List player) on their Spring Training roster: 32 roster players, 13 non-roster invitees and 1 player on the 60-day Injured List.
