SEATTLE, Wash. — Seattle Mariners President of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto, Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager Justin Hollander and Mariners Manager Scott Servais announced today the addition of Major League Pitching Strategist and Assistant Pitching Coach Danny Farquhar to the Major League coaching staff for the 2024 season.
“I am thrilled to return to the Mariners organization after pitching here for 3 seasons,” said Farquhar. “I am greatly looking forward to working with our dynamic pitchers, as well as Scott and our coaching staff.”
Farquhar (FAHR-kwahr), 36, will join the Mariners pitching group which includes Pete Woodworth (Pitching Coach), Trent Blank (Major League Coach, Director of Pitching Strategy) and Tony Arnerich (Bullpen Coach).
