SEATTLE -- It seems Mitch Haniger doesn't need to be sandwiched between Robinson Cano and Kyle Seager as the cleanup hitter in order to provide muscle to the Mariners' lineup.
Haniger returned to his usual No. 6 slot on Saturday night after Nelson Cruz returned from the disabled list, but still contributed a two-run single and a home run to a 10-8 victory over the Athletics in a slugfest at Safeco Field.
The Mariners also got homers from Jean Segura, Seager and Daniel Vogelbach in extending their winning streak to four games.
