(WEAR) — A two-time "Cutthroat Kitchen" winner from Florida was arrested Friday on charges of failing to pay sales tax while being the owner of a restaurant.

According to the Tallahassee Democrat, 35-year-old Brian Cartenuto was booked at the Palm Beach County Jail on Friday and released hours after posting bail.

Cartenuto was the former owner of the restaurant Tucker Duke's Lunchbox in Tallahassee and won two separate times on the Food Network's "Cutthroat Kitchen."

According to the Florida Department of Revenue, Cartenuto stopped paying sales tax two months after the restaurant opened. Tucker's Duke was on operation for a total of six months.
