Donovan Walton was the Mariners 5th round selection in the 2016 MLB First-Year Player Draft out of Oklahoma State University. After spending for seasons in the minor leagues, Walton made his Major League debut with the Mariners on September 10, 2019 vs. the Cincinnati Reds. He appeared in 7 games with Seattle, including recording his first Major League hit on Sept. 12 vs. the Reds (1x4).
