On the Mariners Caravan’s trip down to Portland—with many stops along the way—we caught up with Dan Altavilla and chatted about the offseason, his role in that bullpen and more.
How is the offseason going? Where are you spending it? I started off with just heavy weight-lifting and slowly transitioned into weighted balls, the Driveline program and going into long-toss.
The offseason is going well. I’m back in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania after being born and raised there.
