PEORIA, Ariz. — The Mariners beat the Brewers by a score of 4–2 in today’s game at Peoria Stadium. Bryan Woo was stellar, retiring all 12 batters he faced, 5 via strikeout in his 4.0 innings of work.
The Mariners got on the board when Mitch Haniger continued his hot spring, belting his 3rd home run of the season into the Brewers bullpen in right field. Cal Raleigh also collected 2 hits, including his 3rd home run this spring out onto the berm in right field.
The Mariners continue Cactus League play tomorrow with a split squad action.
