WPBN/WGTU — A six-month old golden retriever is all smiles after receiving braces to fix a tooth problem.
An adorable photo of the puppy, named Wesley, has gone viral since its posting on Facebook.
When Wesley's owner, Molly Moore of Spring Lake, noticed he was having trouble eating and started to loose weight, she became concerned.
Luckily, Molly's father, Dr. Jim Moore, is a veterinary dental specialist and knew that braces would be a good solution to Wesley's problem.
"Orthodontia in pets is normally not for aesthetic purposes, but because of health concerns," Harborfront Hospital for Animals wrote on Facebook.
